Gentle Grief & Trauma-Informed Yoga
8-week Chakra, Endocrine System & Vagus Nerve Exploration

This is a gentle 55-minute class for all ages, abilities, cultures, faith backgrounds, and sexual orientations. Everyone is welcome.
Unity class is also available via Live Stream, register to receive the Zoom link via email. Learn how grief, trauma, and stress are held in the body and how to work with them from a mind-body-spirit approach.
This 8-week chakra clearing class repeats.

Each week we will explore the chakras, endocrine system and vagus nerve, starting with the root chakra.

Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat (we have extras to borrow), and any other yoga props you may want.

The last week in each series will be a full chakra clearing with meditation and movement.
