DENVER UNITY’S PRAYER POWER STEPS
I LET GO.
I surrender. I admit that my personal resources are insufficient for me to do what I want and need to do.
I give up the idea that I can control my life.
I humbly ask for help.
I LET GOD.
I believe that there is a power greater than my self that responds to me and makes all things possible. I know that God, the Holy Spirit, the Master Mind, the Christ within, the I AM can change my life. I turn to God now.
I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY LIFE.
I understand that I have created my present life situation through my thoughts, words and deeds. I am ready to change how I think, speak and act so my life can be transformed. I release any judgments, guilt, shame or regrets that I may have for things I have done or not done and make amends wherever possible.
I MAKE A CHANGE.
I decide to change. I commit to change. I choose a practice or an action right now that is a first step on my new path. I think, speak and act as a new person.
I LET GO OF MY JUDGMENTS, RESENTMENTS AND BLAME OF OTHERS.
I trust Infinite Wisdom and Justice to do the work of forgiveness for what they may have done or not done.
I release them. I turn them over to God now.
I ASK AND I LISTEN.
I form the desires of my heart into words and ask for the support of the Divine and my prayer partners.
I listen in openness and receptivity.
I GIVE THANKS.
I know that the good that I seek is seeking me now.
I am grateful. I feel that what I ask is already done.
I PROCEED IN PARTNERSHIP.
God supplies me with all that I need to live
a successful, meaningful and happy life.
I live a life of creativity, caring and service.
I live as an example of God’s possibility for humanity.
I live with enthusiasm, expectancy and peace.
Amen
